AP ICET Counselling Dates 2026 OUT @cap.apcfss.in LIVE Updates; Registration Begins on Aug 24

The counselling registration process will begin on August 24. Candidates will be able to complete the online registration until August 31.

The AP State Council of Higher Education has released the complete APICET 2026 counselling schedule on cap.apcfss.in. The phase 2 AP ICET counselling dates will be notified later.

AP ICET 20926 counselling includes the following processes:

1. Complete registration and fee payment by August 31, 2026.
2. Track certificate verification approval by August 31, 2026.
3. Fill web options from August 27 to September 2, 2026.
4. Make final option edits on September 3, 2026.
5. Check allotment on September 7 and report to the college between September 8 and September 11, 2026.

Candidates will be able to participate in the AP ICET counselling online. The counselling website for AP ICET 2026 is cap.apcfss.in.

APSCHE will start AP ICET counselling registration on August 24. Last date to complete the online registration is August 31.

Online verification of uploaded records at designated Help Line Centres (HLCs) runs from August 25 to August 31, 2026. General and reserved category candidates with clear data are verified digitally without needing to visit centres physically.

Candidates claiming reservation quotas or fee waivers must upload:

• Integrated Community/Caste Certificate for SC, ST, and BC categories
• Latest valid Income Certificate or active Rice/Ration Card containing the candidate's name
• Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate issued by the competent authority
• Local status certificate for candidates migrating from Telangana

The following certificates are required for verification and eligibility validation:

• Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last attended institution
• Study certificates from Class 9 through Degree graduation
• Residence certificate for private candidates without regular institutional schooling
• Parent's 10-year residence certificate in Andhra Pradesh for non-local candidates

Candidates must prepare scanned copies of the following academic records:

• AP ICET 2026 Hall Ticket
• AP ICET 2026 Rank Card
• SSC or equivalent marks memo (Date of Birth proof)
• Intermediate or Diploma marks memo
• Degree Provisional Certificate and semester-wise/consolidated marks memos

3. Submit your AP ICET hall ticket number and date of birth.
4. Fill in personal, educational, and category details.
5. Pay the processing fee online and submit scanned certificates.

AP ICET 2026 counselling processing fee must be submitted through online payment options on the official website:

Candidates must pay the prescribed processing fee online prior to document verification:

• Open Competition (OC) & Backward Classes (BC): INR 1,200
• Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) & Physically Handicapped (PH): IN

Candidates seeking admission into the MCA programme must pass a recognised bachelor's degree (such as BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, B.A., or B.Tech) of at least 3 years duration with Mathematics at the 10+2 level or graduation level.

For admission to the MBA programme via APICET 2026, candidates must hold a recognised bachelor's degree of a minimum 3-year duration from a recognised university, meeting the aggregate percentage requirements.

General category candidates must score at least 25 per cent marks (50 out of 200) in AP ICET 2026 to qualify for rank generation and counselling registration. Candidates from SC and ST categories have no prescribed minimum qualifying score.

Candidates must satisfy the minimum academic marks criteria in their qualifying bachelor's degree:

• General/OC category: 50% aggregate marks
• Reserved categories (SC, ST, BC): 45% aggregate marks

All centralized admission procedures including registration, processing fee payment, certificate uploading, option entry, and allotment checking are hosted on the official single-window portals at cap.apcfss.in and cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
