CAT Correction Window 2026 Dates

IIM Indore has released a notification for CAT 2026 correction window. All candidates who have completed the CAT 2026 registration will be able to use the CAT form correction facility. The application form submission for the Common Admission Test 2026 (CAT 2026) has officially closed. After the registration process, the exam authorities have announced a limited edit window to allow candidates to rectify specific details in their submitted applications.

According to an official media release dated Tuesday, September 29, 2026, the edit facility will open at 10:00 AM on October 5, 2026, and will close at 5:00 PM on October 6, 2026.

This correction facility is available strictly to applicants who have successfully registered and paid the required application fee before the official closing date. Candidates who failed to complete the payment or finalise their submissions cannot access this facility.

What Details can be Edited using CAT Form Correction Window?

The organising authority has specified that only certain sections of the application form can be edited. The fields open for modification are:

• Photograph: Candidates may replace their uploaded photograph if the current image does not meet specifications or is not clearly visible.
• Signature: Applicants can re-upload their scanned digital signature if an incorrect file was submitted earlier.
• Test State and City Preferences: Candidates can adjust their preferred test locations from the list of available examination cities.

All other details provided in the application, including personal identifying information, educational background, contact details, and category selections, remain locked and cannot be altered.
