CMAT 2027 Registration Soon: Eligibility Criteria to Check in Advance

CMAT 2027 registration is expected to begin anytime soon now. Till then, candidates can check CMAT eligibility criteria, educational qualification, final-year student rules and other details before applying online.

CMAT Updates: National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) for admission to management programmes. CMAT scores are accepted by AICTE-approved institutions, university departments and affiliated colleges. It is also expected that CMAT 2027 registration will begin soon. 

As of now, NTA has not yet announced CMAT 2027 application date, candidates planning to appear for exam can check eligibility requirements in advance. The final eligibility rules and CMAT registration schedule will be confirmed in official information bulletin.

CMAT 2027 Eligibility Criteria

Based on eligibility rules followed in recent CMAT examination, candidates should keep following requirements in mind

• Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institution.

• Final-Year Students: Those appearing in final year of their bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply, provided they complete their degree requirements within prescribed timeline. Candidates should check CMAT 2027 information bulletin for exact conditions.

• Nationality: Indian candidates can apply for CMAT. They should refer to official notification for any specific provisions applicable to other categories.

• Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for appearing in CMAT under eligibility rules followed in recent years.

Is There Any Minimum Percentage Requirement to Apply for CMAT 2027?

Candidates should note that CMAT eligibility is based on having a recognised bachelor's degree. Unlike some management entrance exams, recent CMAT eligibility criteria have not prescribed a specific minimum percentage in graduation for appearing in exam.

However, individual MBA and PGDM institutes may have their own admission requirements, including minimum graduation marks. Therefore, candidates should check the eligibility criteria of the colleges where they plan to seek admission.

CMAT 2027 Registration Date

CMAT registration date has not been announced yet. Candidates should avoid relying on unofficial dates circulating on social media. NTA will release CMAT 2027 application schedule, eligibility conditions, fee details and other instructions through the official notification.

After submitting  CMAT application form, candidates will be able to appear for CMAT as per schedule announced by NTA. The exam is conducted as a computer-based test and evaluates candidates across areas including Quantitative Technique, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and General Awareness.
