KEA has opened the Karnataka PGCET application edit window for all candidates who took the exam. PGCET final results are expected to be released soon after the PGCET edit window is closed.
Karnataka PGCET 2026 Application Edit Option Available
The Karnataka Examinations Authority has started PGCET online application form correction before releasing the final results. This edit facility is available for candidates who took the PGCET exam for MBA, MCA, and M.Tech courses. Since provisional results have already been released, this PGCET edit link provides a last opportunity for candidates to correct any mistakes in their submitted applications. All registered candidates can use this option if they are willing to make corrections in the submitted form.

Karnataka PGCET Correction Window 2026: Editable Details
Candidates can now log in to the Karnataka PGCET website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea, and update their sixth-semester or final-year graduation marks. Entering these final graduation marks will help KEA to break tie scores if two or more students secure the same score in the PGCET exam.
Candidates can also use the PGCET edit option to update their Caste and Income certificates. If the category certificate has expired, candidates can upload their new certificate using the PGCET application edit link. Those who missed claiming reservation benefits under the Hyderabad-Karnataka region can also claim it now. Almost all educational and personal details can be edited, except for identity-related KYC details like name or tenth standard marks card. KEA is not charging any fee to make these corrections in the PGCET online application form. However, once all changes are made, candidates must download and print the final copy of the PGCET application form. This printed copy is mandatory and must be submitted to the allotted college during the admission process.
Karnataka PGCET final results and merit list is expected to be released within a week after the application edit window is closed. Soon after the PGCET final results 2026, KEA will release the claim slips, which play a role in the option entry process.

PGCET rank is based on the performance in the entrance test. KEA provides one mark for each correct response. Candidates with higher score get a better rank.
The maximum score achievable in the Karnataka PGCET exam is 100 marks. The paper holds exactly 100 questions, and each right answer contributes one mark.
While hitting the submit button, candidates must ensure they are connected to stable internet. In case of internet connectivitry issue, there are chances that the application form submission didn't go through. However, the application confirmation message can take up to 24 hours after submission of the Karnataka PGCET application form. In case of a longer delay, candidates must contact the KEA help desk or send an email seeking an update on the Karnataka PGCET application status.
KEA will provide the status of the PGCET application form. In case the form is not submitted but the application fee was deducted, candidates can seek refund for the incomplete application fee within 7-14 days.
