The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the document verification schedule for candidates claiming reservation under the Ex-Defence and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories for PGCET 2026 admissions. This notification applies to candidates seeking admission into MBA, MCA, M.E., M.Tech, and M.Arch courses. Karnataka PGCET document verification process will be held from June 29 to July 2.

PGCET Document Verification for Ex-Defence Candidates

Candidates claiming reservation under the ex-defence category for MBA and MCA courses are required to attend the in-person document verification round.

• Dates: June 29, 2026, and June 30, 2026.

• Time: 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

• Venue: KEA Office, 18th Cross, Malleswaram, Bengaluru.

PGCET Document Verification & Medical Examination for PwD Candidates

Candidates who applied for the Karnataka PGCET exam under the PwD category will have to undergo a medical test before document verification as per the schedule mentioned below:

• Dates: July 1, 2026, and July 2, 2026.

• Reporting Time: 9:00 AM.

• Medical Test Start Time: 10:00 AM.

Karnataka PGCET Document Verification 2026

PwD candidates are required to carry the original copies of the following documents on the day of the verification:

• PGCET-2026 application form 

• KEA PGCET admit card

• Aadhaar card

• Recent passport-size photograph

• Disability certificate issued by a competent Karnataka Government medical authority

• Supporting medical records (e.g., X-ray reports, scan reports, MRI reports, and government hospital medical certificates).

• PTA Audimetry report (for hearing-impaired candidates)

• BERA Audiometry reports (for hearing-impaired candidates)

Candidates under categories other than PwD and Ex-Defence quota need not appear for the document verification round.
