Karnataka PGCET 2026: KEA Announces Document Verification and Form Correction Dates
KEA is set to administer Karnataka PGCET form correction for MBA and MCA courses. Additionally, KEA notified to conduct Karnataka PGCET document verification process for ME/MTech, and MArch courses.
The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released a notification for candidates who took the Karnataka PGCET 2026 exam. This recent update provides important dates for both the document verification process for specific engineering courses and a correction window for application date.
According to the official notice, the document verification for specific ME, M.Tech, and M.Architecture programs will be held on July 10, 2026. The verification process will take place during the day between 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM. This specific verification schedule applies only to candidates who have applied for Bio-Technology, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Polymer Science, Textile Technology, and M.Architecture.

Karnataka PGCET Document Verification
During the document verification, candidates must carry mark sheets from all semesters or years of their qualifying degree. They also need to present their printed KEA online application form, a valid Identity Card, and any other original documents that support the claims they made in their online application. Furthermore, students who are seeking admission to the M.Architecture program are strictly required to submit their PGETA-2026 marks card at this time. The KEA has made it clear that only candidates who successfully complete this document verification process will receive a rank. This rank will be calculated based on the marks they obtained in the qualifying degree exam.
Karnataka PGCET Form Correction 2026
Along with the verification details, the KEA has also announced form correction dates. This correction window is available for all candidates who are applying for MBA, MCA, ME, M.Tech, and M.Architecture programs for the year 2026. The online portal to make these necessary modifications will be open for a few days, starting from July 3, 2026, and ending on July 6, 2026.
