KEA PGCET 2026: Last Date for Application Edit Link, Counselling Dates Soon
Karnataka PGCET application edit link will be closed anytime soon. KEA did not notify the last date to access the Karnataka PGCET 2026 application edit link. Soon after the application edit facility concludes, KEA will notify the PGCET counselling dates.
The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) is expected to close the PGCET 2026 application edit link soon. KEA opened this facility to allow candidates to make corrections to the details they entered during the registration process, particularly to update their undergraduate degree marks.
When KEA activated the edit link, it did not announce a formal deadline. It has now been five days since the edit facility went live on the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea. Therefore, officials could take the link down soon. Candidates who still need to correct their information or add their final degree scores should visit the official website to complete their changes.
Once the edit window closes, KEA will prepare and publish the Karnataka PGCET final results. Candidates will be able to check their final scores and ranks directly inside their candidate login dashboard. Soon after the final results, candidates will be able to download their official KEA PGCET claim slip 2026.

Karnataka PGCET Counselling Process
KEA will announce the full counselling schedule shortly after the application edit window shuts down. The counselling process is open to all candidates who obtain a valid rank in the final results.
The counselling procedure will follow these standard stages:
- Issuance of Claim Slip:Β The slip is issued to all candidates whose documents have been verified.
- Release of Seat Matrix: KEA will publish consolidated college-wise seat details before the option entry starts.
- Option Entry: Qualified candidates will log in to choose their preferred colleges and courses in order of priority.
- Seat Allotment: KEA will assign seats based on exam ranks, seat availability, and candidate choices across multiple rounds.
- Fee Payment and Reporting: Candidates who receive a seat must pay the required admission fees and report to their assigned college to confirm their admission.
Candidates should monitor the official KEA website regularly to ensure they do not miss upcoming dates for the final rank announcement and seat allotment rounds.
