AIMA is conducting the MAT PBT exam for May 2024 phase today. The exam will be held at various test centres. Candidates appearing for the MAT exam today, must reach their examination centres on time and carry relevant documents. They should carry two copies of their MAT 2024 admit card and one photo ID proof in original. They should also carry a blue/black ball point pen for marking the OMR sheet.

MAT PBT Exam: Items to Carry

Check below the list of items to carry for MAT PBT exam today:

  • 2 copies of the MAT admit card 2024
  • One ID proof – Aadhaar, PAN, Voter-ID, Passport or Driving License
  • 2 passport size photos, preferably same as the one uploaded in the application form
  • PwD candidates need to carry relevant documents for scribe facility
  • Blue/black ball point pen

MAT 2024 May PBT: Important Tips

  • MAT PBT will be held for 2 hours, without sectional time limit. So, candidate must time themselves well so that they can solve a good number of questions in all sections.
  • MAT has 150 questions and every section has 30 questions. However, candidates don’t have to attempt all of them. About 2/3rd attempts of the total questions will be good.
  • AIMA doesn’t include the score of Indian and Global Environment section for MAT percentile calculation, so give it only 10 minutes.
  • Don’t do guesswork as MAT has negative marking. If you are not sure of the answer, skip it.
  • Keep calm and solve questions confidently. Note the fine details.
  • Don’t worry if your performance didn’t go well, you can appear for MAT again in the next session.
