MAT registration process for December 2026 exam has started. Candidates planning to appear for the exam can fill up the application form at AIMA MAT website. MAT December registration dates 2026 were announce on September 28 by AIMA, the exam conducting body. MAT exam 2026 will be conducted in 2 modes- PBT and CBT in December. The MAT PBT exam will be held on December 20 and MAT CBT exam will be held on December 27. MAT registration last date for both exam modes are different so candidates should submit the form for their preferred exam mode according to the MAT exam registration last date 2026.

MAT Registration Process 2026: How to Apply
MAT registration process for CBT and PBT is same. Candidates have to only select the exam mode and test cities according to the preference in the application form. Check the steps to follow:
- Visit MAT 2026 website and click on 'register'
- Enter basic details to create a login
- Validate login by using the OTP shared in email/phone
- Go to MAT application form 2026
- Select test mode PBT/CBT or both, exam date and test cities
- Upload a passport size photo and signature
- Select 5 MAT score accepting colleges
- Pay MAT exam fees of INR 2300 (INR 4000 in case of PBT+CBT)
- Enter academic and personal details
- Select MAT test cities from the drop down
- Fill out rest of the fields and submit it
