SNAP 2026 exam pattern changed
A new section has been introduced in SNAP exam - Ethics, Morality and Values. This section will be of 10 marks. As per the revised SNAP 2026 pattern, English section will be of only 10 marks and Analytical & Logical Reasoning as well as Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency will be of 20 marks each. SNAP total marks and SNAP total number of questions remain the same at 60. The exam timing also remains the same, 60 minutes.

Given below are the details of new SNAP exam pattern. The examination body has not shared any details of the fourth section. Candidates will get to know the types of questions for this section on official SNAP mock test.

SNAP Total Marks
SNAP total marks remains 60. The marking scheme is given below:
- 1 mark for correct option
- -0.25 for incorrect option.
- 0 for unanswered questions.
SNAP 2026 Exam Pattern: Latest vs Previous
Until last year, SNAP had only 3 sections. And maximum weightage was for Analytical & Logical Reasoning with 25 questions and 25 marks. This year, there will be 4 sections. Check below a comparison between previous and latest exam pattern.
