SPJIMR Mumbai admission process to begin in mid- September; apply by November 30

SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) Mumbai application forms for two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) 2015-17 will be available from mid - September 2014. The last date to submit the application form is November 30, 2014. The entire application process will be online this year.

According to institute official, the application forms will be available from second or third week of September. Candidates will have two weeks to apply for the PGDM programme.

The applications process uses no offline method or paper forms. All applications are made online. There are a total of 240 seats (plus 36 seats for PIOs, OCIs and foreign nationals).

There are two specialisation options at the application stage. Applicants need to select two specialisations at the time of application. Specialisations available:

1)            Marketing

2)            Finance

3)            Operations

4)            Information Management

Eligibility

• To be eligible, an applicant has to have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (10+2+3) from a recognised university.
• Students in the final year of graduation can also apply.
• Candidates will have to present CAT 2014, XAT 2015 or GMAT (test taken from January 2012 onwards to 31st December 2014) scores.
• Work experience is not mandatory. Fresh graduates and those with up to 5 years of work experience can apply.
• Candidates have to specify two specialisation option on the application forms. Aspirants who are not shortlisted for the first option will be considered for the second option.

Application Fee

The application fee is Rs 1,200. This fee can be paid through credit card or net banking.
