TGICET 2026 exam is scheduled to be held tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, on 13 May and 14 May. Mahatma Gandhi University is conducting the TS ICET exam on behalf of TGCHE. The TS ICET 2026 exam is scheduled to be held tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, on 13 May and 14 May. Mahatma Gandhi University is conducting the TS ICET exam on behalf of TGCHE. Alvala Ravi, the convener of the TS ICET, has shared clear guidelines and timeline for all candidates appearing for the exam to ensure a smooth process on the exam day.

TG ICET 2026 exam will be conducted in three shifts in total as a Computer Based Test (CBT). On May 13, the first shift will start at 10:00 AM and end at 12:30 PM. The second shift on the will start at 2:30 PM and end at 5:00 PM. On 14 May, there will only be one morning shift from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Candidates who are differently-abled and candidates opting to write in the Urdu medium are scheduled to take their test on 13 May during the second shift in the afternoon.

Gates at TG ICET exam centres will close 15 minutes before the exam starts. No candidate will be allowed to enter the TS ICET exam centre after 9:45 AM, for the first shift, and after 1:45 PM for the second shift. Q: Β  How to know TSICET exam centre address?
A: 
TSICET exam centre address is mentioned on the admit card. Candidates will know the complete address of the TSICET centre after Kakatiya University issues the hall ticket. Besides the exam centre address, candidates will find the evam date, shift time, and other exam day guidelines on the TSICET hall ticket. Before issuance of the TSICET hall ticket, candidates can only predict the test zone based on preference added while filling the application form. Kakatiya University will not entertain ant requests to know exam centre address before issuance of the hall ticket.

As per the TS ICET notification, Hyderabad is divided into four test zones for TS ICET exam. While filling the form, candidates can check the TSICET test centre zone wise location to get the centre in particular areas of the state.

Hyderabad (I): Candidates selecting Hyderabad-I as the preferred test city can expect the test centre in any of the following locations:

Q: Β  What is the duration of TSICET exam? How much time should I consume to answer each question to complete on time?
A: 

TS ICET exam duration is 150 minutes. Candidates have to answer 200 questions within 150 minutes. Candidates must answer each question within 45 seconds to complete exam on time.

Candidates need to carry a printed copy of the TG ICET hall ticket and an original government ID proof, such as an Aadhaar card or PAN card, to the centre to be allowed inside. All electronic items are strictly banned inside the test hall. This ban includes mobile phones, electronic watches, and even regular watches.

The exam is scheduled to take place across 69 centres located in 16 regions in Telangana. To ensure the test is conducted fairly, 100 senior professors from various universities have been appointed as special observers. Furthermore, Section 144 will be enforced around all exam centres to maintain order and security during the test days.
