XLRI Summer Internship 2026 has concluded for the 2026-28 batch, with almost all students securing internships and an average stipend of INR 1.75 lakh. The placement process had 106 recruiting organisations extending 594 offers.

XLRI Summer Internship 2026 for the 2026-28 batch has concluded. Almost all students in the Business Management and Human Resource Management programmes secured internships with an average stipend of INR 1.75 lakh. A total of 587 students participated in the placement process, and there were 106 recruiting organisations (32 new recruiters) extending 594 internship offers. According to reports, the highest package stood at INR 3.50 lakh. The average monthly stipend for the top 10% of students was INR 2.58 lakh, and for the top 20% it was INR 2.39 lakh.
