AIIMS Bhopal invites application for Junior Residents

The appointments for the post of Junior Resident (Non-Academic) shall be for the period of 6 months extendable to another six months. However, extension beyond two terms can be given in selected cases by the Institute.

AIIMS Bhopal invited applications from Indian Nationals for the posts of Junior Resident (Non-Academic). There are a total of 23 posts. The interview will be held on February 23, 2024, at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Bhawan, (Medical College Building), AIIMS Bhopal.

Those applicant whose services are terminated on account of any disciplinary/ground, will be ineligible to be considered for Junior Resident (NA) post even if they otherwise qualify, said the official statement.

Eligibility Critieria

As per official notification, the required educational qualification is Medical Degree viz. MBBS in respective disciplines recognized by NMC/ Institute of National Importance, candidates should have completed Internship within 5 years of date of Interview and valid Registration with NMC /State Medical Council. 

"For eligibility to apply for the post(s) of Junior Resident (Non-Academic), upper age limit will be 33 years as on the last date of submission of application (Date of Interview). The upper age limit is relaxable for OBC candidates (Central List) for maximum 03 years and SC/ST Candidates for maximum 05 years. In case of PWBD candidates (With benchmark disabilities), age relaxation is 10 years for General Category, 13 years for OBC Category (Central List) and 15 years for SC/ST category respectively," added AIIMS Bhopal notification.

The application fee for the General/OBC category is INR 1000, for EWS/SC/ST/Category it is INR 800, and for person with benchmark disabilities, there is no fees. Fees to be paid by Demand Draft only in favour of AIIMS Bhopal.
