Students must log in to the seat allocation portal to accept or opt for an upgrade by August 8, 2025, 5:00 PM, and submit documents at the allotted AIIMS campus. OBC (NCL) and EWS certificates uploaded between July 19-23 were scrutinised for validity, ensuring compliance with central government norms.

The AIIMS Paramedical 2025 counselling process, which began with choice filling from July 21 to 26, is conducted online in three rounds, with an open round for vacant seats. Candidates are selected based on merit, category, and preferences. The AIIMS Paramedical round 2 seat allotment is scheduled for August 18, 2025. AIIMS campuses in Delhi, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, and others offer these programs.

 A total of 8,273 candidates qualified for counselling following the entrance exam held on July 13, 2025, competing for 294 seats across various paramedical courses, including B.Sc. in Medical Technology in Radiography, Operation Theatre Technology, and Dental Operating Room Assistant.
