CSJMU Launches New UG and PG Health Science Courses; Know Programme wise Seat Intake Here

CSJMU new courses 2025 will focus on clinical skill development and job-oriented training through affiliated hospitals. Further, students will be able to complete the internship and clinical rotations modules during their final semesters.
Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU) has announced the commencement of several undergraduate and postgraduate programmes from the academic session 2025. The programmes, majority from the health science stream, aim to enhance the academics and learning opportunities for the students. Further, the university aims to elevate medical education by reserving seats for foreign students. The new project aims to expand the scope of paramedical and clinical training while also attracting overseas students via reserved supernumerary seats.
CSJMU New Courses 2025
Students can check the details of new courses introduced by CSJMU below. The newly launched programmes include two undergraduate and two postgraduate courses focused on high-demand areas in healthcare services.
Undergraduate Programs:
Bachelor in Operation Theatre Technology (BOTT) – 4 years, 40 seats
Bachelor in Dialysis Therapy Technology (BDTT) – 4 years, 40 seats
Postgraduate Programs:
Master in Medical Radiology and Imaging Techniques (MMRIT) – 2 years, 30 seats
Master in Optometry (MOptom) – 2 years, 30 seats
The university’s expansion emphasises both employability and clinical excellence. According to the Department of Health Science, each course will include hands-on training through CSJMU’s affiliated hospitals, as well as internship and clinical rotation modules during the final semesters.
Students will also have access to modern laboratories and advanced medical equipment. Additionally, the curriculum is designed in alignment with the World Health Organisation’s healthcare competency frameworks, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared to meet global standards in healthcare.
