FMGE June 2025 Final Edit Window Closes Today; Know How to Edit Forms @natboard.edu.in
FMGE June 2025 deficient document, i.e. photograph, signature and thumb impression rectification process is underway till today, i.e. June 9, 2025, at the online deficient submission portal on NBE official website at natboard.edu.in.
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will close the FMGE 2025 final edit window today i.e. June 9, 2025. Students who have submitted incorrect documents, i.e. photograph, signature and thumb impressions, can make corrections in their mandatory documents by today through the candidate login page.
Students will be able to check the list of candidates who have failed to submit the correct documents and upload the correct documents. Students must be mindful that during the form correction process, only rectification of deficient documents will be permissible i.e. photograph, signature and thumb impressions.
It must be noted that every candidate is required to have correct details in their application form otherwise, the admit cards will not be issued to such candidates.The FMGE hall ticket 2025 will only be issued to candidates with correct details in their application form.
How to Change Photograph and Signature in FMGE Application Form 2025?
Students have to follow the steps below to correct deficient documents:

Visit the official website of NBEMS - natboard.edu.in.

Click on 'FMGE' link and enter login credentials

The FMGE application form will be displayed on the screen

Make changes in the necessary documents

Check the added details carefully in the FMGE 2025 application form

After making all the corrections, click on the “submit” button.
- Download the rectified application form for future use.

FMGE application process starts with registration. Registration can be done on the official website, nbe.edu.in. The registration is followed by filling details in the application form, uploading scanned image in right size and format, choosing exam centre, and paying exam fee. The whole application process has been explained below:
- Go to the official website of nbe.edu.in
- Select “FMGE”
- Under the link sections, click on “New Registration”
- Read the instructions carefully and select “Close”
- Enter details such as name, date of birth, email Id, mobile number etc.
- User Id and password will be sent to the registered email Id and password
- Login again using the above credentials
- Click on “Go to application form”
- Fill personal and academic details in the FMGE application form
- Choose exam centre
- Pay the application fee of Rs 6,195
- Save and sprint the FMGE application form
The FMGE 2025 registration started on April 28, 2025, at 3:00 PM in online mode at the official website. Students were given around a month to fill FMGE application form 2025. The last date to register for the FMGE 2025 was May 17, 2025.
Students must note that last year's FMGE 2025 application fee was reduced in the June session; hence, now applicants had to pay INR 6,195 instead of INR 7,080.
