The Admission Committee for Professional Post Graduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC) has started the Gujarat NEET PG 2025 round 1 choice filling process. Interested and eligible candidates can fill and lock their choices for admission to PG medical courses across Gujarat state till November 27, 2025. The authorities have opened the choice filling window at medadmgujarat.ncode.in.
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduates qualified candidates willing to submit their preferences can complete the option entry process till 11 AM, in order to participate in the PG medical admission process. Steps to Gujarat NEET PG 2025 Choice Filling and Locking
In order to submit choices, students have to follow the below mentioned steps below:
- Visit the official website - medadmgujarat.ncode.in
- Click on the Registration/ login link
- Enter User ID and password
- Next, click on 'Choice Details' link, followed by the 'Available choice/ fill choices' link
- Select preferred colleges and place them in order of preference.
- Add the choices
- Save the page as a PDF for future reference.
No, the Gujarat NEET PG application form will be available only in online mode for Gujarat NEET PG counselling. Applications sent by post, or any other mode, will not be accepted. Candidates will have to register at medadmgujarat.org and submit applications. Generation of PIN is mandatory for online registration for Gujarat medical PG admission. Thereafter documents are verified at help centres and merit list is released. Candidates included in the merit list participate in Gujarat NEET PG counselling.
Gujarat NEET PG counselling is organised and conducted by Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate & Postgraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC), Gujarat. Candidates will have to register online and submit application form for Gujarat NEET PG counselling. Purchasing PIN is compulsory for registration. Details such as NEET PG application number, NEET PG rank, scores, personal and academic records have to be filled in the application form.

Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate & Postgraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) started registration for round-1 on September 2, 2025. Candidates have to purchase PIN for registration. September 10 was the deadline to submit application form for Gujarat NEET PG 2025 counselling round-1. A total of 4 rounds of counselling is held including stray vacancy round for seat allotment.
