INI CET 2027 Information Brochure

INI CET 2027 Registration: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has released Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test Information Brochure 2027. Along with release of brochure, INI CET 2027 registration has also started for exam scheduled in November. Candidates can complete INI CET 2027 registration through official AIIMS examination portal aiimsexams.ac.in.

Last date to complete INI CET application form is October 13. As per official prospectus, INI CET January 2027 exam will be conducted on November 1, 2026. It must be noted that INI CET is held for admission to postgraduate courses including MD, MS, DM (6 years), MCh (6 years), MDS and MD (Hospital Administration) at participating Institutes of National Importance.

INI CET 2027 Dates

INI CET 2027 online registration process has already started. Candidates can check their registration status from October 17 to 19, 2026. The final status of online registration and admit card will be uploaded on October 26, 2026. Check complete INI CET schedule here

Who can Apply for INI CET 2027?

For MD, MS, DM (6 years), MCh (6 years) and MD (Hospital Administration), candidates must have MBBS degree from a recognised university. For MDS, candidates must hold a BDS degree. Candidates must also fulfil the required internship and registration conditions mentioned in the prospectus.

For Indian nationals who graduated in India, candidates belonging to the SC/ST category must have secured at least 50% aggregate marks, while candidates from other categories, including OBC and EWS, must have secured at least 55% aggregate marks in all professional MBBS/BDS exams. They must also have provisional or permanent registration with the NMC, DCI or a state medical/dental council to apply for INI-CET.

INI CET 2027 Application Fee

INI CET application fee for General, OBC (NCL), Foreign National, OCI and Sponsored candidates is INR 4,000. The fee can be paid online through debit card, credit card or net banking. Check table for details 

INI CET 2027 will be conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode. The exam will have 200 questions to be attempted in 180 minutes. Candidates will receive one mark for every correct answer, while one-third mark will be deducted for an incorrect answer. INI CET question paper will be divided into four parts, with 50 questions and 45 minutes allotted to each part. Candidates will be able to view and answer questions only from the active section during its allotted time.
