Maharashtra NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Reporting Begins: Check Counselling Documents and Admission Dates
Maharashtra NEET UG Round 1 reporting has started. The State CET Cell has started the physical joining process for MBBS and BDS courses in Maharashtra state medical and dental colleges. Know the documents required to be submitted by allotted candidates to complete the admission process.ย
The State Common Entrance Test Cell (State CET Cell), Maharashtra, has started the physical reporting process for the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) Round 1. Students who have been named in the Maharashtra NEET counselling 2026 selection list for MBBS and BDS courses. Students who secured seats under the 85% state quota must now complete their admissions and submit their documents. Candidates can access their individual allotment data by visiting medical2026.mahacet.org and downloading their seat allotment letter.
Students must physically visit their allocated medical or dental institutes to verify their details. Waiting until the last date could cause technical or banking problems. Missing the admission deadline will lead to the automatic cancellation of the allotted seat. The vacancy will then go directly into the Round 2 counselling process. Therefore, students should organise their travel, document submission and fee payments immediately.
Students who want to secure their seat permanently must also fill out the Status Retention Form at the institute. If any student plans to look for an upgrade in CAP Round 2, they must still report, pay the initial fees, and leave the retention form blank.
