MP NEET PG 2025 round 1 revised counselling dates are out. Eligible candidates can fill and submit their choices online between November 29 to December 1. After this, the round 1 seat allotment results will be announced on December 4, 2025 at dme.mponline.gov.in. 

MP NEET PG Counselling 2025

The Madhya Pradesh Directorate of Medical Education has revised counselling dates for round 1 MP NEET PG counselling 2025. The authorities have announced the round 1 MP NEET PG revised counselling dates on the website. As per the revised schedule, students can now complete round 1 choice filling online at dme.mponline.gov.in between November 29 to December 1. During this period, students have to submit their preferences and create a preference list of their desired college/ programme. Students can get the direct link to fill preferences under MP NEET PG counselling 2025 from below.

Steps for MP NEET PG 2025 Choice Filling and Locking 

Students can follow the below steps to fill and lock their choices for MD/ MS admissions in Madhya Pradesh: 

  • Visit the Official Website, dme.mponline.gov.in.
  • Login to candidate profile by clicking "PG Medical Counselling"
  • Enter NEET PG 2025 Roll Number, registration password, and security code.
  • Select the "Choice Filling" option from dashboard.
  • Check the list of available colleges and courses (MD/MS/Diploma).
  • Choose desired college-course combinations and arrange them in order of preference
  • Save the selections while filling choices.
  • Click "Lock Choices" and re-enter the password to confirm them.
