The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the NEET MDS Counselling 2026 Information Bulletin today. The NEET MDS counselling information bulletin PDF outlines the complete admission framework for MDS course along with the major changes introduced in the counselling process. The NEET MDS 2026 counselling will be held for 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats along with the 50% Seats of BHU, AMU and DU/ Central Institutes. 

Candidates must read the information bulletin before participating in the counselling. The NEET MDS counselling 2026 dates and schedule will be announced soon.

Major Changes Introduced in MCC NEET MDS Counselling 2026

Check below some of the changes introduces in NEET MDS Counselling 2026 by MCC:

Freeze and Float Options

  • Freeze Candidates – No Upgradation: Candidates who do not want to upgrade in next round fall in this category. In this case, candidates need to visit the college physically for document verification and admission.
  • Float Candidates –Willing to Upgrade: Candidates who are not satisfied with the allotted seat and want to upgrade fall under this category. Such candidates will have to submit upload documents online for verification by allotted college and need not visit the allotted institute physically. These candidates need to submit willingness for upgradation through online mode.

One-Time Uploading of Documents for All Rounds

It is mandatory for both Freeze & Float candidates to upload the clear scanned copies of required documents on the MCC portal in stipulated time of reporting as per schedule.
