NEET PG 2025 counselling is underprocess for seat allocation. As per the official notification, deadline for round-1 choice filling for NEET PG 2025 counselling has been extended. Earlier November 5 was the deadline for round-1 choice filling and locking for NEET PG 2025 counselling. MCC had started registration for round-1 counselling on October 31, 2025.

The official notification available at mcc.nic.in says, “Choice Filling for Round-1 of PG Counselling 2025 has been extended until further orders”. With revised deadline, candidates get more time to finalize college and course for round-1 NEET PG allotment 2025.

NEET PG 2025 Choice Filling Process

  • Visit the official website,mcc.nic.in
  • Click on NEET PG 2025 choice locking link which will lead you to a new window
  • Enter registration details
  • Fill choices and lock them as per your choice
  • At last complete the application by paying fee

As per the earlier schedule, seat processing had to start on November 5, 2025. Revised schedule for NEET PG 2025 counselling will be released soon. It must be noted, MCC conducts counselling for allotment of 50% AIQ seats while respective state authorities conduct counselling for rest 50% seats. 4 rounds of counselling will be held for NEET PG 2025 seat allotment.

Q:   Who will be eligible for NEET PG counselling rounds?
A:

Candidates who qualify NEET PG exam with minimum cutoff marks as decided by NBE will be eligible to participate in the counselling. The qualifying cut off varies as per the category. To participate in NEET PG 2025 counselling, candidates will have to register on the official website, mcc. Nic. In. They also have to fill choice for college and course and lock them in the given deadline. Seat allotment is done based on different factors such as choice declared, availability of seats in particular college and course, NEET PG rank etc.

Q:   If I will get seat in round-2 NEET PG counselling, will first round allotted seat get cancelled?
A:

Yes. If you will be allotted seat in round-2 NEET PG counselling, your round-1 allotted seat will be automatically get cancelled. In case you don't get allotted seat in round-2, then round-1 seat will not be cancelled. Candidates have to register online and declare preferences of choice for NEET PG counselling. It must be noted, MCC conducts counselling for allotment of 50% AIQ seats.

Q:   Has registration started for NEET PG 2025 round-2 counselling?
A:

Yes. MCC had started registration for NEET PG 2025 counselling round-2 on December 5, 2025. Registration has to be done at mcc.nic.in. Last date for round-2 registration was December 9, 2025. Choice filling deadline was extended till December 14, 2025. Round-2 NEET PG 2025 counselling provisional result was announced on December 16, 2025.
