The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conclude NEET PG counselling registration 2025 for round 1 MD/ MS admissions on November 5, 2025. Students who have qualified NEET PG 2025 exam and wish to participate in the All India Quota (AIQ) MD/ MS seats can participate in the counselling process by registering online. The NEET PG counselling registration 2025 link is activated till 12 Noon on November 5. However, the fee payment facility is available till 3 PM tomorrow. - Click on 'PG medical' tab
- Next, click on 'New candidate registration' link
- Enter necessary details to get login credentials
- Fill the application form and pay the counselling registration fees online
- Download the filled application form and save it for future reference.
NEET PG 2025 Counselling: Round 1 Choice Filling Underway
Students who have completed the round 1 counselling registration must proceed for the choice filling and locking process. During this period, students have to create their preference list based on their desired college and programmes. Based on the choice filling, MCC will announce the round 1 NEET PG counselling result on November 8, 2025.

Yes. If you will be allotted seat in round-2 NEET PG counselling, your round-1 allotted seat will be automatically get cancelled. In case you don't get allotted seat in round-2, then round-1 seat will not be cancelled. Candidates have to register online and declare preferences of choice for NEET PG counselling. It must be noted, MCC conducts counselling for allotment of 50% AIQ seats.
