NEET PG Counselling 2025: Round 1 Choice Filling Ends Today @mcc.nic.in; What's Next?
The Medical Counselling Committee will conclude the choice filling and locking process for Round 1 of NEET PG 2025 counselling today, November 21, 2025. Medical aspirants aiming to get admission in MD, MS, PG Diploma, and DNB seats across India can add their preferences for college and course at mcc.nic.in.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conclude the choice filling and locking process for Round 1 of NEET PG 2025 counselling today, November 21, 2025. Students who are willing to get admission in PG medical seats across India can fill and lock their choices for college/ course in online mode. The MCC NEET PG 2025 choice filling and locking process for round 1 MD/ MS admissions will give students an option to select their favourite college for admissions.
MCC gave students one more opportunity for choice filling and locking because of the addition of 239 new postgraduate seats in deemed universities and the withdrawal of 235 DNB seats.

NEET PG Counselling 2025: What After Choice Filling?
The Medical Counselling Committee will begin the processing of seat allotment from 2:00 PM today. The seat allotment results for Round 1 are scheduled to be declared tomorrow, November 22, 2025, on the official website. Candidates who will be allotted seats in round 1 will have to report to their respective institutions for document submission and to complete admission formalities. The reporting period is scheduled from November 23 to December 1, 2025.

Candidates who qualify NEET PG exam with minimum cutoff marks as decided by NBE will be eligible to participate in the counselling. The qualifying cut off varies as per the category. Yes. If you will be allotted seat in round-2 NEET PG counselling, your round-1 allotted seat will be automatically get cancelled. In case you don't get allotted seat in round-2, then round-1 seat will not be cancelled. Candidates have to register online and declare preferences of choice for NEET PG counselling. It must be noted, MCC conducts counselling for allotment of 50% AIQ seats.
