National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 registration process will close today. Candidates who wish to appear for the exam must submit the application form by 9 PM and complete the fee payment by 11:50 PM.
National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the registration process for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 today. Candidates who have not yet completed the application process must submit the NEET UG 2026 application form by 9 PM through the official website. The exam is conducted every year for admission to undergraduate medical programmes across India.
Applicants will be able to pay the application fee till 11:50 PM today. After the deadline, the examination authority will not accept any new applications. Therefore, candidates are advised to complete the registration and fee payment process well before the closing time to avoid last minute technical issues due to heavy traffic on the website.
The NEET UG exam is the primary entrance test for admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH and other undergraduate medical courses offered by government and private medical colleges across the country. Every year, lakhs of students appear for the examination to get admission in medical institutions.

Students must follow these steps to complete the registration for NEET exam:
- Go to the official website neet.nta.nic.in.
- Next, click on the registration tab on homepage.
- Read the instructions carefully and click on agree button.
- Enter the details and generate a password.
- Next, enter the OTP to verify the details.
- Log in with the registration details.
- Fill the application form and upload the required documents.
- Pay the registration fees and submit and save the page.
