NIPER JEE Counselling Registration 2026 Starts; Seat Allotment Round 1 Result on July 11

NIPER JEE Counselling 2026: National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) has commenced NIPER JEE 2026 counselling for admission to MS (Pharm), M.Pharm and MTech programmes. Eligible candidates who have qualified in NIPER JEE 2026 Computer-Based Test (CBT) can now register for counselling through official website niperadmissions.aptonline.in/NIPR.

As per official schedule, NIPER JEE counselling Phase 1 registration began on July 10, 2026. Only candidates who fall within announced category-wise merit ranks and complete NIPER JEE counselling registration with valid documents will be considered for seat allotment.

Earlier, NIPER released category-wise merit list for Phase 1 counselling. Candidates from General category up to Rank 625, OBC up to Rank 1603, EWS up to Rank 1143, SC up to Rank 2590, ST up to Rank 3120 and PwBD up to Rank 3674 have been shortlisted to participate in first round of NIPER JEE counselling, subject to successful verification of documents.

NIPER  JEE 2026 Seat Allotment Round 1 Result

The institute has announced that NIPER JEE Round 1 seat allotment result will be declared on July 11, 2026. Candidates allotted seats will have to complete verification of documents and payment of admission fee, within deadline to confirm their admission.

NIPER has advised candidates to carefully upload avalid caste certificates (where applicable) and GPAT, GATE or NET scorecards, if required. The institute has warned that incomplete, invalid or incorrect documents may lead to disqualification from NIPER  JEE 2026 counselling process.
