The Selection Committee, DME, Tamil Nadu commenced the reporting for round 1 on their website. The candidates with the allotted seats are required to appear for the reporting process within the given period of deadline.

Tamil Nadu NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Reporting Ongoing: The reporting process for the Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2026 round 1 is ongoing. Candidates are advised to appear for the reporting process to the allotted institute. Failure to appear for the reporting will automatically result in the cancellation of admission process. According to the Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2026 seat matrix, the total MBBS seats are 8,063, number of BDS seats are 1,859 in the state for admissions.

Tamil Nadu NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Mandatory Documents to Carry:

Candidates should keep the below mentioned documents ready on their part for the counselling process.

• NEET 2026 Result/Scorecard
• NEET 2026 Admit Card
• Class 10 Marksheet
• Class 11 Marksheet
• Class 12 Marksheet or equivalent
• Candidate's Aadhar Card
• Community Certificate (if required)
• Ration Card/Passport
• A bona fide certificate stating that the student has passed from Class 6 to Class 12 from a school in Tamil Nadu.
• A transfer certificate from the school last studied (or) a bonafide certificate should be produced from where the candidate is undergoing the course at present.
• Nativity certificate (the candidate is a native of Tamil Nadu but has passed Class 6 to Class 12 from an institute outside Tamil Nadu)
• Mandatory documents of Parents:
• Transfer certificate/ SSLC/Class 10/Class 12 Mark Sheet /first graduate certificate/no graduate certificate
• Community certificate
• Income certificate (If required)
