TN NEET Counselling 2026: Tamil Nadu Medical Selection Committee (TNMSC) has released notice regarding candidates who have been marked as ineligible for UG Medical and Dental admissions under various categories due to missing documents, incorrect certificates or other reasons. Candidates who have any grievance regarding their ineligibility status can log in to official TNMSC portal.

They have to use their registered ID and password to upload supporting documents. Last date to raise grievances is August 7, 2026. If candidates fail to submit the documents on time, it will be considered that they accept the committee’s decision. As Tamil Nadu NEET counselling process is being conducted as per DGHS and MCC guidelines, no extension will be provided. Requests sent through any other mode will not be accepted.

How to Raise Grievance for TN NEET UG Counselling 2026 Ineligible Candidates?

Candidates who have been declared ineligible and wish to submit a grievance can follow these steps

  • Visit official TN Medical Selection Committee counselling portal

  • Click on candidate login section 

  • Enter registered User ID and Password

  • Check ineligibility status and review reason mentioned 

  • Prepare supporting documents related to the eligibility claim, such as certificates or other valid proofs

  • Upload necessary documents 

  • Submit grievance form after verifying all uploaded details and documents

  • Save or download it

TN NEET UG Counselling 2026 for Government Quota

Some candidates have been declared ineligible under Government Quota due to non-submission of required documents. The exact reason for ineligibility can be viewed after logging into the portal. Candidates who fail to submit necessary documents before deadline will not be considered for Government Quota seats.

CMC 20% State Quota

Candidates found ineligible under CMC 20% State Quota have not submitted the required Christian Minority Certificate. Those who are not natives of Tamil Nadu and have also failed to provide valid minority certificates are not eligible for these seats.

IRT Ward Quota

Some candidates have been marked ineligible under IRT Ward Quota because they did not submit required IRT Ward Certificate or because their claim was rejected by IRT authorities. Failure to provide valid documents before the deadline will result in cancellation of eligibility under this quota.
