The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh will conclude the round 1 choice filling and locking process for UP NEET PG counselling 2025 today, November 24, 2025. The choice filling for admission to MD, MS, and DNB courses in the state’s medical college is ongoing at upneet.gov.in. All eligible candidates seeking a postgraduate medical seat under the state quota have to complete their online choice filling process in online mode to get their desired seat.

How to Fill Choices in UP NEET PG Counselling 2025?
Students have to follow the below steps to fill and lock their choices in NEET PG counselling 2025 Uttar Pradesh:
- Visit upneet.gov.in
- Enter course, roll number, password and captcha.
- Carefully select college and specialization choices.
- Lock choices before the deadline to be eligible for allotment process.
Students who will complete the choice filling and locking before the deadline will be able to check their allocation result on November 26. The seat allotment result will be released in the form of a PDF while seat allotment letter will be available on candidates's portal.
The official UP NEET PG counselling is upneet.gov.in. Candidates who qualify NEET PG have to apply under state quota and submit application form. A merit list will be released based on NEET PG rank and other details. Shortlisted candidates in the merit list will be eligible for seat allotment.
