UP NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Counselling Process Postponed! Revised Schedule Soon
UP DGME has postponed the UP NEET PG 2025 round 3 counselling process till further notice. The postponement decision of UP NEET PG 2025 counselling process has been made in view of non commencement of AIQ round 3 counselling process by the Medical counselling committee.
The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (UP DGME) in Uttar Pradesh has postponed the UP NEET PG 2025 round 3 counselling process till further notice. The primary reason for the UP NEET PG 2025 round 3 postponement is the non-commencement of the All India Quota (AIQ) Round 3 counselling by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The state-level counselling process is synchronised with the All India Quota counselling seats in order to prevent seat blocking and ensure a streamlined admission process. Therefore, UP NEET PG 2025 counselling process has been postponed as the MCC is yet to begin the round 3 counselling process.
"All the candidates who are participating in the online counselling of 3rd round of UP NEET PG-2025 (MD/MS/Diploma/DNB) are informed that in view of the non-start of counselling for All India Quota under 3rd round of NEET PG 2025 by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), New Delhi, the said counselling is postponed till further orders." The official notification reads.
UP NEET PG Counselling 2025: Round 3 Revised Dates Soon
UP DGME will soon announce the UP NEET PG 2025 round 3 counselling schedule at upneet.gov.in. Students will be able to check the complete schedule along with registration deadline, seat allotment date and admission deadline for the round 3 admission process.

No. DMET, UP will release revised round-3 seat allotment result date for UP NET PG 2025 counselling. As per earlier schedule, round-3 result was to be announced on January 12, 2026. Seat allotment result PDF will be uploaded online in PDF format and students will have to download it.
Number of seats to be allotted through UP NEET PG counselling 2025 will be released along with the official brochure. Last year around 923 seats were allotted through various rounds of counselling. Candidates have to register on the official website and declare choice of college and course for seat alotment.

The official UP NEET PG counselling is upneet.gov.in. Candidates who qualify NEET PG have to apply under state quota and submit application form. A merit list will be released based on NEET PG rank and other details. Shortlisted candidates in the merit list will be eligible for seat allotment.
