After the health ministry reduced the NEET PG cut-off to zero for all categories, the Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DMET) Uttar Pradesh has revised the schedule for the mop-up round of UP NEET PG counselling 2023. The revised schedule is available at the official website - upneet.gov.in.
As per the schedule released, registration for the mop-up round will start today, September 26, 2023, at 5 p.m. Candidates can register on the official website, upneet.gov.in latest by September 29 up to 11 a.m.
Steps to apply for UP NEET PG Counselling 2023 mop-up round
Candidates need to follow these simple steps to apply for the mop-up round:
- Go to the official website - upneet.gov.in.
- Click on 'Registration' or 'Apply Online' link. Enter the required information like name, DOB, contact details, and NEET PG details
- Pay the application fees and security money.
- Upload the necessary documents as per the guidelines provided.
- Fill in choices of colleges and courses.
- Submit the application form.
UP NEET PG Counselling 2023 mop-up round details
The application fee and security money can be paid from 5 pm today to 5 pm on September 29, 2023. The merit list will be released on September 29, 2023. The online choice filling for UP NEET PG Counselling 2023 mop-up round is scheduled between September 30, 2023, to October 3, 2023.
The seat allotment result will be announced on October 5, 2023. The allotment letter can be downloaded and reporting can be done from October 6 to October 10, 2023.
To participate in the UP NEET PG counselling mop-round round all the eligible candidates will have to deposit a registration fee of INR 2,000. Moreover, the candidates need to pay a security money of INR 30,000 for admissions to government colleges, INR 2,00,000 for private medical college seats and INR 1,000 for private dental colleges.
