UP NEET PG Counselling 2025: Round 1 Dates Revised; Check New Schedule Here
UP NEET PG counselling 2025 round 1 choice filling last date has been extended till November 24. The seat allotment result will be announced on November 26 for the first round of PG medical admissions.
The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh, has announced the UP NEET PG revised counselling dates 2025 in online mode today, November 17. Students who have qualified the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test- Postgraduate (NEET PG) exam and have registered for admission in MD, MS, Diploma and DNB courses at 50% State Quota seats in Uttar Pradesh can apply for the counselling process in online mode.
The UP NEET PG counselling 2025 round 1 choice filling and locking process is ongoing till November 24. The choice filling process is ongoing at upneet.gov.in for all eligible candidates. Only those candidates will be eligible for choice filling who have completed the online registration process and have deposited the required security amount.

UP NEET PG 2025 Counselling: What After Choice Filling?
Students who will complete the choice filling and locking process before November 24 will be able to check their seat allotment result on November 26. The seat allotment result will be released in online mode at upneet.gov.in. Next, students will have to download their seat allotment result and then report to the allotted institute to complete the admission process.

Candidates will have to fulfill following eligibility criteria for UP NEET PG counselling:
- Candidate must have completed MBBS from a recognised institute located in state of Uttar Pradesh
- Those who have domicile of UP but completed MBBS degree from an institute outside state
- Those who have passed MBBS/BDS from Uttar Pradesh are eligible for admission into government/state/private/deemed universities
- He/she must have qualified NEET PG
The official UP NEET PG counselling is upneet.gov.in. Candidates who qualify NEET PG have to apply under state quota and submit application form. A merit list will be released based on NEET PG rank and other details. Shortlisted candidates in the merit list will be eligible for seat allotment.

Number of seats to be allotted through UP NEET PG counselling 2025 will be released along with the official brochure. Last year around 923 seats were allotted through various rounds of counselling. Candidates have to register on the official website and declare choice of college and course for seat alotment.
