UP NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Choice Filling Begins; Know How to Fill MBBS, BDS Preferences @upneet.gov.in
UP NEET counselling 2026 round 2 choice filling and locking process is underway at upneet.gov.in for MBBS and BDS courses. Eligible candidates can complete Round 2 preference filling by September 19, followed by the announcement of the Round 2 seat allotment result on September 21.
The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh, has started the UP NEET counselling 2026 round 2 choice filling process for MBBS, BDS admissions in the state. Students who have qualified the NEET UG 2026 exam and applied for admission in 85% UP quota MBBS or BDS seats can now fill their preferences for colleges/programmes.
Students who have their name in the Round 2 UP NEET merit list 2026 are eligible to fill their choices and preferences for their desired colleges. The Round 2 UP NEET choice filling link 2026 is activated at upneet.gov.in. Students can fill and lock their choices till September 19. Students must not wait for the UP NEET UG choice filling last date 2026 and should create their preference list at the earliest to avoid last-minute discrepancies.

Students can follow below steps to create an MBBS/BDS preference list during UP NEET state counselling 2026:
- Login to the official UP NEET UG counselling portal, i.e. upneet.gov.in
- Log in with registration number, password, and security code.
- Go to the UP NEET UG Choice Filling section and read the instructions carefully.
- Select preferred colleges and courses, and arrange them in order of priority.
- Save choices after carefully checking
- Enter the OTP verification to lock the choices finally.
