WB NEET Counselling 2025

West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee has released the WB NEET round 2 seat allotment result 2025 today, i.e. September 24, 2025. If you have participated in round 2 counselling process, then you can check your seat allotment results, which have been released in the form of a PDF. How to Check WB NEET Seat Allocation Result PDF? 

If you are unable to get the qualifying list from the above link, then you can follow the below steps and get your allocation result: 

  • Visit WB NEET official website, i.e. wbmcc.nic.in
  • Click on 'UG Medical and Dental' link available on screen
  • The seat allotment result round 2 is displayed on the end of the page
  • Download PDF and save it for future use. 

Now, if you have qualified as per the seat allotment result then you have to visit your respective college to complete the admission formalities. You have to take your original document, admission fees and bond to complete the documentation process. In case you have upgraded to a new college, then you have to get the documents back from the previous college and submit the documents to the new college for admission. 

Q:   I have scored 450 marks in NEET exam. Can I get government college through West Bengal NEET counselling?
A:

Applicants who want to take admission in government college through West Bengal NEET counselling must secure the passing percentage. To participate in the counselling students must secure the minimum qualifying marks in NEET exam in their respective categories. Since cutoff marks varies from category to category hence applicants need to secure the passing marks in their category.

Q:   What is the eligibility for West Bengal NEET counselling?
A:

Candidates must qualify NEET UG 2025, possess a domicile certificate of West Bengal and basic eligibility (e.g. 50% in Class 12 PCB for the general category). The domiciles will include ProformaA1/A2 whereby for a Proforma A a candidate must have been residing in West Bengal for a minimum of 10 years (including their schooling, and we suggest show documentation), or Proforma B, whereby the parent is a permanent resident of West Bengal. The candidate minimum age to apply for WB NEET counselling will be 17 years, by December 31, 2025.

Q:   How many rounds of counselling will be conducted by WBMCC for WB NEET counselling?
A:

There will be three rounds of counselling to be conducted by the WBMCC for WB NEET counselling. Fresh registration will be invited and accepted in each round of counselling. Candidates can opt out of counselling at any step adhering to the WB NEET UG seat surrender policy. Before each round of WB counselling, a seat matrix will be released for the candidates that will enable them exercise choice filling and locking option.
