ANM GNM 2026 OBC Declaration Portal Opens; Submit OBC Class Details By June 25

WBJEEB has activated ANM GNM 2026 OBC declaration portal today. Eligible candidates can declare their OBC Class online at wbjeeb.nic.in/anm-gnm/ till June 25, 2026, to avail 7% reservation benefits during the counselling and admission process for West Bengal Nursing admissions. 

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has activated the online portal for OBC Class declaration for ANM & GNM 2026. Eligible candidates can submit their OBC Class details till June 25, 2026, up to 11:59 PM. Candidates willing to avail the benefit of 7 per cent reservation under the Other Backward Classes (OBC) category during the counselling and admission process have to submit their willingness. 

WB ANM GNM 2026: No Request After Deadline

According to the official notification, candidates have to log in using their application credentials and declare their respective OBC Class prescribed through the Backwards Classes Welfare Department, Government of West Bengal. The board has advised candidates to complete the declaration process before June 25, as no further requests for declaration or modification will be accepted. 

"Candidates claiming the aforesaid reservation benefit shall be required to produce a valid original OBC Certificate, duly issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format and in accordance with the extant Government orders, at the time of counselling/admission and document verification." The official notification reads. 

Who Can Avail the OBC Reservation Benefit?

Candidates who belong to the OBC categories mentioned in Gazette Notifications issued by the Government of West Bengal are eligible to declare their OBC Class through the portal. The declaration is necessary for candidates seeking to claim the 7% reservation benefit during the ANM GNM 2026 counselling and admission process.
