Indian Army BSc Nursing 2025 application correction process began on July 3, 2025. Candidates who have filled out the application form can make changes or upload documents if not already done. The MNS (Military Nursing Services) application correction window will be available for the applicants until July 7, 2025. After this deadline, candidates will not be allowed to make changes to the MNS application form. They will not be allowed to upload any documents either. MNS has extended this facility for the first time this year.
Please note that during this timeline, no fresh MNS applications for 2025 will be accepted. This window is open for those candidates who have already applied for the aptitude test and counselling. Candidates who appeared for the NEET 2025 exam will be eligible to appear for the MNS selection process, which is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
No additional application fee is required to be paid to make corrections to the MNS application form 2025.

- Click on the Officers Entry/Apply/Login button provided on the homepage
- Provide your ID, Password, and Captcha Code
- Click on Login
- Edit the application form. Not all fields will be allowed for editing.

NTA conducts the MNS entrance exam for admission to the four-year BSc nursing programme. If any candidate provides incorrect or wrong information, then there is a clause in the application form for rejection. As per this guideline, any incomplete MNS application form, an application form submitted more than once, and application forms with no application fee payment will be rejected by the NTA.
