CDS 1 2026 Application Process Underway
CDS Application: Union Public Service Commission is accepting Combined Defence Services Examination I 2026 application form. Last date to complete CDS 1 application is December 30 for 451 vacancies. Candidates need to visit official website upsconline.nic.in to fill out UPSC CDS 1 application form 2026. They must note that no offline applications will be accepted, candidates have to apply online.
CDS 1 application includes registering for Universal Registration Number by completing these stages Account creation, Universal Registration and Common Application Form. Once URN is done, candidates can apply for CDS I exam.
UPSC CDS 1 Application Fee
Candidates have to pay application fee in online mode through Visa/Master/Rupay Credit/Debit Card/UPI Payment or by using internet banking facility of any Bank. The application fee is non-refundable. Check table to know

How to fill CDS 1 2026 Application?
UPSC CDS form can be filled online. They can check steps to know how to apply online for CDS 1
- Go to official website upsconline.nic.in
- On homepage, go to “Account Creation” for new candidates
- Register with email ID, mobile number and other details
- Verify email and mobile number and create password
- Login with Registered email ID and password or Registered mobile number and OTP Universal Registration Number (URN) and password
- Pay fee and select exam centre
- Review and confirm all details, then submit form

- Click on the link available for CDS 1 form correction
- Log in to the registered account using login credentials
- Make corrections to the application form
