CSIR NET 2025 Result is expected soon at official website csirnet.nta.nic.in. It was expected to be announced in mid Jan 2026. Read here to know more.

CSIR NET Result 2025: CSIR NET 2025 exam was held on December 18, 2025, in two shifts in a single day. The result was expected by mid January 2026. Going by trends, it is normally declared withing 4 to 6 weeks after the exam is held. National Testing Agency will release it on official website csirnet.nta.nic.in.
Candidates will be able to find the result for all subjects including Earth Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences and Physical Science. 
CSIR NET 2025 result will be released in form of PDF document that include roll number and rank of candidates who are eligible for Assistant Professor and  qualified for the award of JRF. Once, the result will be out, students will be able to check their roll number to know their qualifying status and rank. The cut off will also be out subject wise separately.

How to Check CSIR NET Result 

After NTA releases the result, candidates will be able to check the result by following the steps given below:

• They need to visit official website at csirnet.nta.nic.in
• On homepage, click on 'CSIR UGC NET 2025 Dec Result' link
• Candidates must enter these details - Application number, Date of birth and Security pin
• Then, click on submit
• The result will be displayed on screen to download

The details mentioned on CSIR NET scorecard 2025 are Name, Roll number, CSIR NET subject code and name for which the exam is taken, Application number, Parents’ names, Category, Post applied (JRF and Assistant Professor or Assistant Professor Only), Total and paper-wise marks scored, Total and paper-wise percentage obtained, and Exam qualifying status. NTA will also release CSIR NET Merit List 2025 containing eligibility for the assistant Professor names of the candidates who have qualified for Junior research Fellowship.
