Final NTSE Stage 2 Result 2020 Declared; download merit list here
Candidates can check their NTSE final result 2020 using roll number, date-of-birth and security code. Along with the result, the Council has also released the merit list and final cut off.
NTSE 2020 Stage 2 Final Result: National Council of Educational Research & Training (NCERT) has released the final NTSE Stage 2 Result 2020 on the official website- ncert.nic.in on July 16. Candidates who appeared for the Stage 2 exam on February 14 can check their result using roll number, date-of-birth. Along with the NTSE final result 2020, the Council has also released the merit list and final cut off.
A total of 818 candidates have been selected for the NTSE 2020 scholarship from General category, 569 from OBC category, 318 from SC category, 154 from ST and 201 from EWS category.
Steps to check NTSE Stage 2 final result 2020
- Visit the official website at ncert.nic.in
- Click on NTSE and then on result notification
- Click on NTSE Stage II final result 2020
- A new window will open up on screen
- Enter the roll number, date-of-birth and security code provided
- Submit details
- The result of the candidate will open up the screen

Alternatively, candidates can download the final merit list and the NTSE cut off list provided. Those who have achieved the cut off marks will be able to find their name and other details in the merit list. These candidates will be awarded with the Award Letter, Certificate of Merit, and details about the disbursement of the NTSE scholarship soon.
The NTSE is held every year in two stages. In the first stage, students are examined at the state-level. Shortlisted candidates are to participate in stage 2 or the National-level exam conducted by the NCERT. Those who qualify in the second stage become eligible for the scholarship. A total of 7,586 Class 10 students appeared for the examination to get access to financial aid for higher education this year. NTSE Stage 2 was held at 58 centres across 40 cities in the country.
