Institute of Banking Personnel Selection will end IBPS PO 2025 application process today, July 28, 2025, for total of 5208 vacancies. Candidates aspiring to appear for the prelims exam on August 17, 23, and 24, 2025, must complete their online IBPS PO 2025 application on the official website by the end of the day. The IBPS PO 2025 application fee is INR 175 for SC/ST/PwBD candidates and INR 850 for all other categories. The IBPS PO selection process comprises Prelims, Mains and Interview stages.

How to Fill the IBPS PO 2025 Application Form?

Candidates can apply online for IBPS PO 2025 through the official website. Follow the steps below to complete the application process:

  • Go to official IBPS website at ibps.in
  • Click on ‘IBPS PO 2025 Advertisement’ link on homepage
  • Select ‘New Registration’ tab
  • Fill in required details to complete IBPS PO registration
  • Log in using system-generated Registration ID and Password
  • Upload scanned images of photograph and signature
  • Enter all necessary details
  • Upload left thumb impression and handwritten declaration
  • Pay application fee
  • Review and submit IBPS PO application form

IBPS PO 2025 Application Correction Facility

Once application process ends, IBPS PO application correction facility will be available from July 31 to August 1, 2025 for all registered candidates. They can access IBPS PO correction facility online by visiting official website. Candidates can edit and resubmit their IBPS PO 2025 application only once during the correction window. No further changes will be allowed if errors remain in updated form.

  • Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number cannot be edited.
  • The category can be modified as follows:
    • GEN/EWS/OBC (NCL) - Can be changed to GEN/EWS/OBC (NCL)/SC/ST/PwBD
    • SC/ST/PwBD - Can only be changed within SC/ST/PwBD

IBPS PO application form needs to be filled online only. While filling the application form, candidates need to upload the scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration. The specifications for uploading these documents are given below.

Signature

  • The applicant has to sign on white paper with a black ink pen
  • Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels
  • The size of the file should be between 10 kb to 20 kb 

Left thumb impression

  • The file should be in jpg/jpeg
  • The dimension should be 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI
  • The applicant has to put his left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink.
  • The file size should be 20 kb to 50 kb

Handwritten declaration

  • The handwritten declaration should be written on white paper with black ink.
  • The file should be in jpg/jpeg
  • The dimension should be in 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI 
  • The file size should be 50 kb to 100 kb

Photograph

  • Photograph must be a recent passport-style colour picture
  • The preferred dimension should be 200 x 230 pixels
  • Size of file should be between 20 kb to 50 kb
