RRB NTPC 2025 Graduate Application Correction Facility
Railway Recruitment Boards will open RRB NTPC correction facility for graduate level posts from November 30, 2025. Candidates who have registered can make changes in RRB NTPC application form online at official website rrbapply.gov.in. Last date to edit form via RRB NTPC graduate correction facility is December 9, 2025.
To make minor corrections in RRB NTPC form, they need to pay INR 100. However, in they change their category in SC/ST to UR or OBC, they have to pay INR 250. Whereas, in case, they change their category from Ex-SM/PwBD/Female/Transgender to UR/OBC (NCL)/Non-Ex-SM/Non-PwBD/Male, etc, they have to pay INR 250.
How to make corrections in RRB NTPC 2025 Graduate Level Application Form?
Candidates can modify details entered in application form via RRB NTPC correction facility. They can go through these steps to know how to make changes in RRB NTPC application form
- Go to official website rrbapply.gov.in
- Login using mobile number or email address and password
- Pay modification fee
- Click on Modify Application tab
- Make changes and submit application
- Save and take a printout of it
Candidates who appear in the first stage CBT are eligible for the refund of examination fee as per details. Candidates belonging to SC / ST/ ExSM/ PwBD/ Female/ Minority/EBC/Transgender categories will be entitled to get a full refund of their examination fees, which is INR 250. Whereas candidates belonging to General/EWS/OBC categories receive a partial refund of their examination fees, which is INR 400 after deducting the bank charges. Candidates who do not wish to receive the refund in the account should provide the details of the beneficiary account in which they wish to receive the refund such as beneficiary name, account number, name of bank and IFSC Code in the application form.
RRBs provide candidates with the facility to modify RRB NTPC application form. Candidates can modify the details entered in the application form online by paying the required modification fees. The process how candidates can modify the details entered in the application form are given below:
- Login using Registration Number and Password
- Pay modification fee through any of the modes available for actual examination fee payment. Ensure payment is done well within the date and time prescribed
- Click on the Modify Application‘ Button
- Proceed with the changes intended as per instructions given and submit the application. Preserve the print out of the latest application for record

The application fee of RRB NTPC can be paid online only. The application fee for all candidates except the fee concession categories is INR 500 whereas it is INR 250 for PwBD/Female/Transgender/ Ex-Servicemen/SC/ST/Minority Communities/ Economically Backward Class. The application fees is refunded to candidates once candidates appear in the CBT.
