RRB Technician 2025 Grade 1 Document Verification in April; Check Guidelines for DV

RRB Technician Document Verification Date 2025: The Railway Recruitment Board, Bhubaneswar has issued the notice stating the RRB Technician Grade 1 document verification 2025 date. As per the notification, all the selected candidates must appear for RRB Technician document verification on April 9, 2025. The reporting time for RRB Technician 2025 Grade 1 DV is 9 AM.
They must also upload the required documents on the RRB Document Verification portal (oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/) while adhering to the prescribed instructions. The portal will be open for uploads 10 days before the scheduled RRB Technician Grade 1 Document Verification (DV) date and will close on the day of the DV.
Also, the RRB Technician document verification for absentee candidates is scheduled for April 24, 2025. Those who fail to report on this date will have their candidature rejected unless they provide valid documentary evidence proving their absence was due to a University/Government exam or personal illness. No other reasons will be accepted. Additionally, no fresh e-call letters will be issued for the block date.
RRB Technician 2025 Grade 1 Document Verification Guidelines
Candidates shortlisted for document verification must know the following points:
- Those appearing for RRB Technician Grade 1 document verification must bring all original documents along with two sets of A4-sized photocopies, as specified in the CEN and e-call letter issued for DV.
- They must bring six passport-size colour photographs not more than one-month-old. They also need to carry the candidate's foil of the e-call letter of CBT.
- If there is a name or father's name mismatch between the online application and original documents, they must submit an affidavit before a Magistrate or Notary on the required stamp paper confirming they refer to the same person.
- No extra time will be given to the candidates who fail to produce their original certificates on the date of DV.
- The medical exam will be conducted the day after Document Verification (DV) at a Railway hospital. Candidates will be informed of the designated hospital after completing DV.

The CBT 1 exam was conducted from November 25 to 29, 2024 for ALP posts. The exam for Technician posts was conducted on December 19, 20, 23, 24, 26, 28, 29 and 30, 2024. The CBT 1 exam of RRB ALP comprises questions from Mathematics, General Intelligence, and Reasoning, General Science and General awareness on current affairs. The test carries a total of 75 marks. The CBT 2 is divided into two parts-Part A and Part B. Part A of the second stage CBT comprises 100 objective-type questions from Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, Basic Science and Engineering and General Awareness on Current Affairs. In Part B, Total 75 questions are asked in the exam. This part is qualifying in nature and comprises questions from the trade syllabus prescribed by the Director General of Employment & Training (DGET).
