State Bank of India is yet to release SBI PO Mains result 2025 date. Candidates can expect that SBI PO result can be announced by end of September or early October 2025. Once out, the SBI PO Main result 2025 link will be available at these official websites: sbi.co.in and sbi.co.in/web/careers/current-openings. To download SBI PO Mains 2025 result pdf, they need to use their login credentials. 

Along with result, SBI PO mains scorecard 2025 will also be released. However, the cutoff of main exam will be available after completion of recruitment process. The mains exam was held on September 13, 2025 in morning shift for those who qualified preliminary exam.

  • A login window will appear on screen
  • Enter login credentials: registration number or roll number and date of birth or password  
  • SBI PO main exam result pdf will appear
  • Download and save it as well

The marks secured by the candidates in SBI PO mains exam result is considered for final selection. Based on the performance in SBI PO main result, candidates three times the number of vacancies are selected for next stage: psychometric Test, Group Exercises, and Interview.

Q:   When SBI PO scorecard is released?
A:

SBI PO scorecard is released online separately for different stages of exams. To download the scorecard, candidates need to enter registration number or roll number, date of birth and captcha code. The hard copy of the scorecard is not sent to candidates by post. The scorecard comprises the section-wise and overall scores as well as cut off marks. The hard copy of the scorecard will not be sent to candidates by post. Based on the scores obtained in the prelims exam, candidates are selected for the mains exam. The mains score is used to select candidates for the Psychometric Test, Group Exercises and Interview. The marks obtained in the prelims exam are not counted for the final merit list. Only the marks obtained in the mains exam, group exercises and interview are taken into consideration for the final merit list.

SBI PO scorecard for the prelims exam is released along with the result. However, the scorecard for the Mains exam is released after the declaration of the final result. Candidates need to download their scorecards online. To download the scorecard, candidates need to enter registration number or roll number and date of birth or password. The steps to download the scorecard are given below:

  • Visit the official website of SBI
  • Go to the Current Opening section from the Join SBI tab
  • Enter the required details such as registration number or roll number and date of birth or password 
  • SBI PO scorecard appears on the screen
  • Download SBI PO scorecard and save it
Q:   What is the process after being selected as SBI PO?
A:

On joining, the selected candidates will be designated as Probationary Officers and may be on probation for two years. They will be subjected to continuous assessment, as per Bank’s extant policy, during the probation period. Those candidates who qualify in the assessment as per standards determined by the Bank from time to time, will be confirmed in the Service of the Bank in Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I).
