Purpose of SSC RFI through Digital Examination System
The notification says that the RFI is part of a broader market assessment for strengthening the digital examination framework. The notification clearly states that it is not about finding any fixed solution but to study what can be done and what options are available.
SSC is aiming to understand the available digital examination technologies, infrastructure requirements, implementation modes, and security mechanisms for organising large scale competitive exam.

The Staff Selection Commission will conduct the SSC GD 2026 exam in four phases. The exam will start from April 27 and will end on May 30. The exam schedule is provided below:
- Week 1 (April 27 to May 2, 2026
