SSC CGL 2025 Tier 2 Result OUT at ssc.gov.in: The Staff Selection Commission announced the SSC CGL 2025-26 Result for the Tier 2 on the official website at ssc.gov.in. The exam was conducted on January 18 and 19. It was released under the candidates' login. Candidates can download the SSC CGL 1st Allocation Result pdf also by using their Registration ID and password. The Mains result PDF consists of the names of the candidates and roll numbers who have cleared it. A total of 15,118 candidates have been shortlisted in SSC CGL 2025-26 final merit list. Now, sliding round of SS CGL will commence from April 13 to 22, 2026. The Commission released the Tier 1 result and cutoff on December 18. In the result, the Commission selected 1,39,395 candidates for the Tier 2 exam.
The candidates should note that SSC CGL exam was conducted from September 12 to 26 and on October 14 last year. The SSC CGL 2025 answer key was released on October 16 and the representations were invited against the incorrect answers.

The Commission did not release the Tie-resolution formula for the candidates with the result. The candidates should note that the date of birth is one of the factor in Tie-resolution. The older candidates will be given preference over the younger one. There are three post groups in SSC CGL as given below:

No. The Tier 1 marks for the SSC CGL are not used in the preparation of the final merit list. The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam is qualifying in nature. Candidates are shortlisted for Tier 2 exam. However, the final selection and ranking is based on the marks obtained in the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam.
