Staff Selection Commission has released revised vacancies for SSC Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff (MTS) and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) 2025 recruitment exam. According to notice, important update has been made in total number of posts available across different categories. The commission has announced 1,138 vacancies for post of SSC Havaldar in CBIC and CBN departments. For SSC MTS vacancies, posts have been divided based on age criteria. Under 18 to 27 years age group, there are 732 MTS vacancies, while 18 to 25 years age group carries 6,038 MTS vacancies.
SSC MTS exam dates are expected to be released soon. It is likely that SSC MTS can be held in December 2025, however, there has been no update as of now. Earlier, it was scheduled to take place between September 20 and October 24, 2025 but it was postponed due to tier 1 for SSC CHSL exam.

SSC MTS Admit Card 2025 Date
SSC MTS admit card will be issued at least a week before exam date. Once SSC MTS 2025 exam dates are announced, registered candidates can download admit card online from official website. They need to use their login credentials to download SSC MTS hall ticket.
The candidates are required to score marks equal to or more than their category cutoff to get selected for the exam. There are no such passing marks which can ensure selection. SSC MTS exam is a competitive exam and the candidates can be selected even when they score low marks if the overall cutoff is decreased.
The Commission prescribes the minimum qualifying marks for the candidates. The Commission prescribes certain minimum marks required for a candidate which make them eligible to get selected in the exam.
