UGC NET Application Form 2026

UGC NET 2026: National Testing Agency is accepting application form for UGC NET June session. Last date to complete UGC NET application form 2026 is May 20. They can apply online for UGC NET June session online only at official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in. Those belonging to general category need to pay INR 1,150. Whereas OBC and SC/ ST/ PwD have to pay INR 600 and INR 325 as UGC NET 2025 application fees. 

As per announced schedule, UGC NET exam will be held from June 22 to 30, 2026. It can be expected that UGC NET advance intimation slip can be released by June 10. Whereas, NTA UGC NET admit cards will be issued by June 15 only to registered candidates.

Candidates must keep the documents below provided ready when applying for UGC NET

• Scanned images of photograph and signature in JPG format 

• Ration card/Passport number/Aadhaar card number/Voter ID card number/other Government ID

• Qualifying degree certificate

• Category certificate, if applicable

• Economically Weaker Section certificate, if applicable

•  Person with Disability certificate, if applicable

• Go to official website: ugcnet.nta.ac.in

• Click on UGC NET June Application Form link

• Select New Registration and enter asked details

• Log in and fill out UGC NET application form 

• Upload scanned images and pay application fee 

• Save and submit the online form
