UPSC IAS 2026 Updates: Union Public Service Commission will likely release notification for UPSC Civil Services Examination this week. Earlier, as per tentative dates, IAS notification was scheduled to release on January 14, however, due to some administrative reasons, the Commission did not release UPSC Civil Services notification 2026.

Once UPSC Civil Service (IAS) notification is out, it will have details about registration, important dates, paper pattern, syllabus, result etc. UPSC IAS recruitment exam 2026 is held to select candidates for posts such as IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS and other Group A and Group B services.

According to tentative schedule released earlier, UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2026 will be held on May 24 and IAS Main exam will commence from August 21, 2026. The selection process of UPSC Civil Services includes three stages: Prelims, Mains, and Personal Interview.
