CUET UG 2026 Analysis

National Testing Agency is conducting CUET UG 2026 examination for admission to undergraduate courses at more than 200 universities, including central, state, private, deemed and government institutes. The exams are being conducted in two shifts at multiple exam centres across India and abroad. The last scheduled date for CUET 2026 exam is May 31, 2026. Candidates can check this page for CUET subject-wise question paper analysis, difficulty level, important topics and memory-based questions after every shift. The first shift ends at 12 PM and second shift at 6 PM.

    CUET UG 2026 May 25 Exam Day LIVE: Dress Code Guidelines

    Candidates appearing for the CUET UG 2026 examination must follow the official dress code guidelines issued by NTA.

    • Wear light-coloured and comfortable clothes
    • Woollen clothes are allowed after frisking
    • Normal shoes, slippers, and low-heel footwear are preferred
    • Religious items such as Kalava are permitted after proper checking
    • Candidates should avoid carrying prohibited items to the exam centre.

    Q:   When will CUET DU CSAS portal open?
    A: 

    DU CSAS portal 2026 will be actiavted at ugadmission.uod.ac.in. University of Delhi launchs CSAS portal 2026 in June. Candidates who will appear for the CUET 2026 exam can register at DU CSAS 2026 portal. Candidates will be required to enter the college and course preference and pay the DU CSAS registration 2026 fee to participate in the admission process. On the basis of the choices entered and CUET 2025 percentile, candidates will be alloted college and course. CUET 2026 result will be declared in first week of July 2026 at cuet.nta.nic.in.

    Q:   What is CUET UG exam slot and timing?
    A: 

    CUET 2026 will be held in two slots. The timing for the same is released with release of CUET 2026 admit card. Candidates can know the exam centre and timing along with the release of CUET 2026 admit card. NTA is expceted not to release the official CUET 2026 date sheet. Candidates can check their subject-wise CUET exam date and slot timings on CUET intimation slips and admit card.

    Q:   What is the CUET marking scheme?
    A: 

    NTA prescribes the CUET UG marking scheme. Check below to know the CUET UG marking scheme 2026:

    • Correct answer or the most appropriate answer: Five marks (+5)
    • Any incorrect option marked will be given minus one mark (-1).
    • Unanswered/Marked for Review will be given no mark (0).
    • If more than one option is found to be correct then Five marks (+5) will be awarded to only those who have marked any of the correct options.
    • If all options are found to be correct then Five marks (+5) will be awarded to all those who have attempted the question.
    • If none of the options is found correct or a question is found to be wrong or a question is dropped, then all candidates who have attempted the dropped question will be given five marks (+5) marks.
